Project Overview
Situated along the crystalline lagoons of El Gouna on the Red Sea coast, this 5-star hospitality resort comprises 180 luxury chalets and beachside villas. The coastal marine environment required specialized chemicals capable of enduring direct sea spray, high salinity, and intense solar radiation.
The Engineering Challenge
White Carrara marble in luxury bathrooms and swimming pool margins was susceptible to yellowing or staining when using ordinary gray adhesives, while marine salinity accelerated corrosion.

CroFix Marble was specified for all natural stone installations due to its pure white cement base and anti-staining polymer formula, coupled with CroCoat for saline-resistant lagoon protection.
